One system for every site you run

Whether it is forty stores, a dozen restaurants or a portfolio of venues, Vertask keeps the equipment, requests, contracts and network details for every location in one place — and tells you which site needs attention today.

Head office cannot see what is happening at site

Every location has its own equipment, its own faults and its own way of asking for help. None of it rolls up, so problems are only visible once they are expensive.

Faults are reported by phone

A site manager calls someone they know. It is never logged, so the same fault at eleven sites looks like eleven unrelated incidents.

Nobody knows what is installed where

Which router is at which site, on which circuit, with which external IP — usually in one person's head or an out-of-date spreadsheet.

Contracts renew silently

Leases and service agreements across dozens of sites, each with a different date, none of them visible until one lapses.

Built for an estate, not a single building

See the whole estate at a glance

  • A live health score for every location
  • Built from open and overdue jobs, warranties and expiring agreements
  • Sites needing attention surface without opening each one
  • Triage forty locations in the time it took to check three

Equipment, per site

  • Track anything installed at a location — terminals, printers, kitchen and AV equipment, network gear
  • Warranty dates per item, with a job raised automatically when one lapses
  • Full repair history stays attached to the equipment, not the engineer
  • Group by region, brand or site type

Network details that live with the site

  • Internal and external IP addresses recorded per location
  • Circuit, ISP and account details kept with the site
  • Circuit and network notes stored against the site record
  • No more hunting for which connection serves which store

A request channel site managers will use

  • Site managers raise requests through a branded portal — no password to reset
  • Or simply email, and it becomes a tracked job automatically
  • Requests land against the right site with the right team assigned
  • Response and resolution targets so nothing sits for a week

Leases and service agreements

  • Link each agreement to the site or sites it covers
  • See what expires next quarter across the whole estate
  • One click turns a renewal into an assigned task
  • Track spend against budget per agreement

Roll it up for head office

  • Job volume and response performance by site
  • Equipment age and warranty exposure across the estate
  • Recurring faults, so the pattern is visible
  • Export for the operations or finance review

A fault at site 34

1

Reported

The site manager raises it in the portal or emails it. It becomes a tracked job against that location automatically.

2

Triaged

It carries the site, the equipment and its warranty status — so whether it is a repair or a claim is obvious immediately.

3

Resolved

The engineer arrives knowing what is installed and what was done last time. Time and parts are logged against the job.

4

Rolled up

The site health score updates, and the fault joins the estate-wide picture that shows which sites and which equipment keep failing.

Frequently asked questions

Can each site only see its own requests?

Yes. Site managers use the portal and see their own location’s requests, while head office keeps the estate-wide view. Your own teams can be scoped by region or site group so a regional engineer sees only their patch.

Does it integrate with our till or point-of-sale system?

There is no dedicated point-of-sale integration. The equipment register is deliberately generic, so terminals, printers, kitchen and AV equipment are all tracked the same way — imported by CSV, created through the REST API, or added as you go. If your POS estate is Microsoft-managed, those devices can sync automatically.

How many sites can we manage?

There is no limit on locations. Pricing counts agents — the people resolving requests — not sites or equipment, so adding locations does not change what you pay.

Can we run inspections or opening checks?

Yes. Build a checklist once and clone a fresh copy per site for opening checks, health and safety walks or annual inspections, without altering the master version.

Do site managers need a licence?

No. Anyone who only raises and follows requests uses the portal and does not consume a paid seat, however many sites you have. You pay for the people who do the resolving.
