A help desk for school IT that teachers will actually use
Teachers email IT or use a portal with no password to remember. Every request gets a category, an owner and a response target, urgent classroom problems rise to the top, and the summer rollout runs as a project instead of a spreadsheet.

School IT runs on interruptions
Requests arrive between lessons, by email, in the corridor and on sticky notes. Nothing is prioritised, nothing is counted, and the summer is spent catching up.
The corridor request
A teacher stops you on the way to another job. It is real work, it never becomes a ticket, and it never counts when you ask for budget.
Everything is urgent, so nothing is
A display that will not connect five minutes before a lesson and a password reset for next week arrive in the same inbox, in the order they were sent.
Summer is one big spreadsheet
Reimaging, rollouts, room moves and repairs all land in a few weeks, tracked in a shared sheet that nobody trusts by August.

A Monday-morning request, start to finish
Raised
A teacher emails IT before first period: the classroom display is down. The subject says urgent, so it arrives with a higher priority.
Owned
It lands in the queue with a response target and goes to the technician or team set for that mailbox.
Fixed
The technician replies from the ticket. The teacher gets the reply by email and can follow it in the portal.
Counted
At the end of term, on Pro, the reports show volume, response times and where the time went.
Who it’s for
District IT directors
Every school’s requests in one place, with response targets and, on Pro, reports for the board.
Campus technicians
One queue instead of a corridor, an inbox and a pocket full of sticky notes.
Teachers & office staff
An easy way to ask for help and see where it is, with no extra password.

Frequently asked questions
Is it free for a school?
The help desk is free for 2 agents and up to 100 users, with unlimited tickets. Larger schools, device tracking, projects and reports need Pro at $12 per agent per month. Teachers and students who only raise requests never need a paid seat, but on the free plan they count toward the 100-user limit.
Do teachers need an account or a password?
No password. Teachers either email IT as they do now, or sign in to the portal with their email address and a 6-digit code sent to it.
Can urgent classroom problems go first?
Yes. Emails with words like “urgent”, “outage” or “system down” in the subject are raised to a higher priority automatically, and every priority has its own response target, measured against school hours.
Do you sync with Google Workspace?
No — and we would rather say so up front. User and device sync works with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune only. Staff on Google accounts can still email IT and use the portal, and Chromebooks can be tracked as assets by CSV import or the REST API.
Can it track our devices too?
Yes, on Pro. Device tracking with a permanent chain of custody, warranty alerts and summer collection lists is covered on our school device tracking page, and it lives in the same workspace as the help desk.
Does it work for a single school as well as a district?
Yes. A single school can start on the free plan, and a district adds its technicians as agents, organised into teams.
