Groups Docs

In order to create a new group for agents, on the left NAV click on Settings > Agent Groups and then click New on the top right. 

• If you don't have this option, a super user would need to grant you this permission.

In order to delete an existing agent group, navigate to Settings > Agent Groups and then click on the group you want to delete.

On the bottom under Options, click on Edit details

Again at the very bottom, click on Delete Group.
