You can easily integrate Vertask ticketing system with your website, allowing your customers to quickly create support requests in your ticketing system.
Simply sign in to your Vertask dashboard, go to the Website integration section, and add your code to the footer of your website.
Once you add our code to the footer of your website, the "Contact" widget will appear on the bottom of your website. When users fill out the form, it will create a ticket in your Vertask dashboard. You will then be able to interact with the user right from your dashboard if they access the client portal. You can also choose whether to auto invite them to the client portal or not.
From your Vertask admin center, you can select which users or groups are assigned the ticket when a message is received.
