Insight AI is Vertask's built-in AI assistant. It can answer questions and take requests about your tasks, clients, assets, contracts, projects, properties, knowledge base, and more.

To open it, click Insight AI on the left nav.

Type a question to get started. For example:

Which clients have open tickets?
Give me a property health overview.
Which properties need attention?
Which contracts auto-renew soon?

Press Enter to send (Shift+Enter for a new line). Use New chat to start a fresh conversation, and History to revisit previous ones.

Super users can manage the Insight AI integration and the public API under Settings > Insight AI. An Insight Pro add-on with advanced AI data processing is also available on the Billing page.
