Insight AI is Vertask's built-in AI assistant. It can answer questions and take requests about your tasks, clients, assets, contracts, projects, properties, knowledge base, and more.

To open it, click Insight AI in the left nav. Type a question to get started, for example:

• Which clients have open tickets?
• Give me a property health overview.
• Which properties need attention?
• Which contracts auto-renew soon?

Press Enter to send (Shift+Enter for a new line). Use New chat to start fresh, History to revisit previous chats, and Settings for chat options.

Super users can enable Insight AI and edit its configuration under Settings > Insight AI. The public API is under Settings > Integrations & Add-ons > API. The Insight Pro add-on (advanced AI data processing) can be turned on from Billing.
