Two-factor authentication (2FA) confirms it is really you at sign-in with a one-time code.

For your own account

Click your name in the top right, select Account Settings, then open the Security section. Choose how to receive your codes:

Email Code — a one-time code sent to your email address; always available as a backup.
Authenticator App — codes from Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, and similar apps; works even without cell service. Setup takes about a minute.
Text Message — a one-time code texted to your mobile phone, where available.

You can also review and expire your remembered logins on the same page.

For the whole workspace

Agents with access to company settings can require two-factor authentication for all agents under Settings > Security > Two-Factor Authentication.
