Edit an agent group's details Last updated: Aug 16, 2026

Update an agent group's name, description, or contact info.

1. Go to Settings > Agent Groups and open the group.
2. On the Info tab, review the Group ID, description, and contact info.
3. Under Options, click Edit details to change the group's name, description, or contact email.

From the Info tab you can also browse or create tasks for the group.
