Organize assets with Asset Groups Last updated: Aug 16, 2026

Asset Groups let you group related assets — for example by room, department, or equipment kit — so you can manage and find them together.

Navigate to Assets > Asset Groups and click New.

Give the group a description, and optionally link it to a site/location and an audience.

Open a group to manage its Details, the Assets in the group, and Permissions for who can see and manage it.
