Expand Assets in the left nav and click Reports. Open a report to view it or download it.

• Inventory: All Assets, Assets by Type, Assets by Site.
• Warranty & Lifecycle: Expiring Soon (30/60/90 days), Expired Warranties, Asset Age / Lifecycle.
• Assignment & Groups: Unassigned Assets, Assets by Client, Assets by Group.
• Activity & History: Recently Added, Task History by Asset, Ownership Changes.
• Microsoft Intune: Intune Compliance & Health (compliance, encryption, Defender, patch level, last check-in). Requires the Azure/Entra device sync.
