Edit an asset's details Last updated: Aug 16, 2026

Update the information stored on an asset record.

1. Open Assets and click the asset.
2. On the Details tab, edit the Asset name, Asset Type, Mfgr, Model, and Serial Number / Activation Key.
3. Set the Warranty End date (use Clear to remove it), and record specs such as Memory and Processor.
